FEDUP

We like many of you was victimized by someone who damaged our mailbox. Only to receive a violation to have the mailbox fixed. Which we did within a week of the a matter of days. I called and informed the ASSociation that we corrected the problem. Within a few days, we received a 2nd notice and a $300 dollar fine. So, what was purpose of the call of notifying the ASSociation that we corrected the mailbox?

We are in the process of having repairs to our come done. The contractors are installing doors throughout our home, so the doors are outside on the porch. ( Where the sawing and cutting will be done). We get a notice to have the doors removed from the porch. I guess the ASSociations feels that it would make more sense to have these doors on the inside of the house brought outside, and then carried back inside to have them installed.

Didn't I just say that we are having repairs DONE to our home. The Association also gave us a violation because the new boards on our home was not the same color as the existing boards. The ASSociation must not be aware that the new boards are not brought the color of our homes. Or, the ASSociation deems its necessary to paint before the completion of the ENTIRE project.

My wife and I are current and former law enforcement officers who have many friends that are lawyers and judges whom we have discussed these matters with. As a long time resident of Ashbrook, 22 years to be exact. We are seeking legal actions!
